Jason Aldean Opens Up SNL

Instead of doing a cold opening, Saturday night’s episode of Saturday Night Live began with a special performance from Jason Aldean. Less than a week ago, he was on stage in Vegas when a terrorist opened fire into the crowd. So he paid tribute to those victims over the weekend to the people who were hurt and to the people whose lives were lost, as well as to the late Tom Petty. He covered “I Won’t Back Down.”

Ryan Murphy Edits Upcoming Episode Of AHS

Speaking of the Las Vegas massacre, it’s made Ryan Murphy change an upcoming episode of American Horror Story! He just confirmed that he edited tomorrow night’s episode because of last week’s Las Vegas shootings. The episode, which was filmed in September, was going to show a pretty graphic scene of a mass shooting in order to make “an obvious anti-gun warning about society,” according to Ryan Murphy. The shooting will now happen off-camera. I think that was the right move!

Nelly Claims He’s Innocent

After being arrested for allegedly raping a woman on his tour bus, Nelly wants you to know that there is more to the story. He got on Twitter hours after the arrest and told fans that he is “completely innocent.” He tweeted, “Let me say that I am beyond shocked that I have been targeted with this false allegation. I am completely innocent. I am confident that once the facts are looked at, it will be very clear that I am the victim of false allegations. I do want to apologize to my loved ones for the embarrassment and for putting myself in a situation where I could be victimized by this false and defaming allegation. I also want to thank my fans for their unwavering support. They know me. I assure you I will be vindicated. And I assure you, I will pursue every legal option to address this defaming claim. Thank you.” Eek! What a tough situation to be in!

Dave Grohl Said Filming Carpool Karaoke Was Uncomfortable!

If you watched the Foo Fighters do "Carpool Karaoke" it looked like they were having the time of their life! Well it turns out that Dave Grohl found the experience to be "a little uncomfortable." He said, "By hour three in dude's car it got less fun. It kinda went on. When we stopped at Guitar Center, that felt like we were done, but it was like 'this is halfway.'" Dave Grohl said he’s not trying to disrespect James Corden and that he’s very kind. He just would rather be singing his own songs at Glastonbury or The O2 and not in a car haha! He also said that they sang The Ramones and Rick Astley and he has no idea when the show didn’t use it. Aww! I guess it’s not for everyone!

Harvey Weinstein Has Been Fired

Harvey Weinstein isn’t looking too innocent! He has been fired from his own company as he’s being accused of sexual misconduct. The Board of Directors of The Weinstein Company issued a statement: "In light of new information about misconduct by Harvey Weinstein that has emerged in the past few days, the directors of The Weinstein Company ... have determined, and have informed Harvey Weinstein, that his employment with The Weinstein Company is terminated, effective immediately." That was pretty fast!
