Want to lose more weight? Here's a tip: Go light on dinner, make breakfast the biggest meal of the day and no snacking! This is according to a new research study by Loma Linda University School of Public Health and the Czech Republic.

Dr. Hana Kahleova, one of the study’s authors, said that the findings confirm the truth behind the saying: “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.”

So have that extra slice of bacon with breakfast! You deserve it ;)
