Well here we are 2014. I have been wrestling with this for a while. Kinda like should I go out on New Year's eve or is it OK to chill at the house.( I did that and it was just fine.)
Should I have a resolution for the the year, only to disappoint myself once again. The answer is yes. I really am going to start working out. I have been twice already. Yeah me. I want to change and now is the time. I want to get on a schedule and start a new routine. Rumor has it that if you work out you get more energy. Is that true?Sign me up. Maybe if I start working out, I might start watching what I eat. Stay tuned. Let's see what happens. Come along with me for 2014.
