Patrick Dempsey became a real life hero over the weekend when he rescued a 17 year old from a car wreck that happened right infront of his apartment....we're talking crow bars and everything.....
When the 17 year old looked up at MCdreamy...he said..." are you famous?" Dempsey replied, " Im a doctor...or atleast I play on on tv" ....the man has skills!!!!
