1) Turkey. It's almost totally fat free. It's a great source of protein.
2) Cranberries: They have a bunch of antioxidants and nutrients. also loaded with vitamins.Consider preparing them with applesauce as a sweetner, instead of sugar.
3)Sweet potatoes.They are rich in fiber and minerals..so they are better than regular mashed potatoes.
4)Apple pie: Full of vitamins and fiber. So skip the whipped cream and ice cream.

And don't forget to help with the clean-up
