Mark Zuckerberg got married on Saturday. Surprise wedding to his girlfriend-Priscilla Chan. 100 folks come over to celebrate her graduation from Med school and surprise....One week ago today, Mark Zukerberg turned 28. That same day, his girlfriend graduated from Med School. Then on friday, Facebook went public and his shares made him 19 BILLION. They partied to music by Michael Jackson and received a million likes with the annoucement of their marriage on facebook.
And finally, because yo're curious...Mark didn't wear a hoodie to his wedding. He wore a black suit and tie.
19 Billion.....one lucky woman....one lucky guy.....now what do we do? How much money does it take to live? Is 19 billion enough? |

Words of wisdom from Ronald Reagan: A few days before his son got married, President reagan gave him this advice. He said" A real man doesn't prove he's a man by cheating on his wife....he proves it by putting effort into his marriage, staying loyal, and making his wife happy. And also saying "I love you" every day.
I love this wisdom. Simple but so true.

Love this time of the year. Memphis in May Bar bQ is the big social event of the year. Remember Last year we were flooded out and this year it's Blue skys and sunshine. No reason for it not to be a huge jam. Grab your friends and head down tonight or early saturday morning and soak it all up. Take a camera and capture the fun. There are plenty of samples to enjoy and if you ask a few questions you might learn something about grilling out. It's fun on a grand scale. we are Memphis. this is what we do. |

Last week,"diners,Drive-ins and Dives was in town to film at the Arcade and the Elegant Farmer-to name a few. The memphis shows will air at a later date.
My favorite show-"restaurant Impossible" was in town a while back to film at at Pollards bar b q. I'm not sure where it is...maybe that's why they were here. It'll air later this month on the Food Network.
This thursday the Travel channel will film at the Germantown Commissary for a show yet to be revealed.
Pretty cool.
Expect tons of shows at the Memphis in May Bar B Q this week. |

Can you imagine what it would be like to be a ten year old.? You know, A kid that loves basketball and is a huge Grizzlies fan. You got a Kick Butt NBA team in your town. They are winning. You got their t-shirts,headbands,posters and an autographed shoe in your room....It's a life time memory. 25 years from now buying season tickets because you were there when the won the NBA championship. I got to tell ya, I feel like a ten year old. I don't have an autographed shoe but I am just as excited about the hard working grizzlies. Go Griz. Have you ever had a bad day? You know the kind of day that you put your I Pad on the roof of your car and drive off. A day that just never gets started. You get in the express lane behind "mrs gonna write a check". You spill coffee on your shirt on the car on the way to work. Your wife tells you there is nothing in the checking account. Your kid wants to have his DNA checked to make sure you are his real dad.
the grizzlies had one of those days. it happens to all of us. Even ron and jill. There will be a better day for them. Don't give up. The comeback will be even sweeter.

Number One I never argue when I go to bed. Do you? I guess a lot of folks do before they say night - night.
Here's what they argue about.
1)Hogging the covers
2) Snoring
3)Being to hot
4)Not being in the mood for you know what
5)Whether to let the kids sleep in the bed
6)Taking up to much of the bed
7)Being to cold
8)The other persons cold feet touching you
9)when to turn off the lights and go to sleep
10) leaving a light on
also: Texting and reading email for hours while I try to go to sleep because I got to get up at 4am to do a radioshow on fm100. |

Danger: Hand sanitizer getting kids drunk

Kids are now chugging hand sanitizer to get drunk....Here's what yo need to know.
1) It does get them drunk. an eight ounce bottle with 63 per cent alcohol content is the equivalent of about five shots of hard liquor. And it doesn't take that much to give them alcohol poisoning.
2)Some kids use slat to separate the alcohol from the gel...It's on google.
3) Its popular in prisons too.
4)Buy the foam kind, Not the Gel kind. They are less likely to try chugging foam in the first place.
