It’s up to 41 counts. After being indicted on 39 counts of fraud back in July, Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice were indicted on two additional counts of fraud in federal court in New Jersey yesterday. Authorities are saying that a federal grand jury has added single counts of bank fraud and loan application fraud against the Giudices. The two new counts reportedly come from a $361,250 mortgage loan obtained by Teresa Giudice. When it comes to the new indictments, Teresa Giudice's lawyer said in a statement, "As she did with respect to the allegations contained in the original Indictment, Teresa intends to plead 'not guilty' to the allegations in the new Indictment. She looks forward to defending herself at the trial, scheduled for February 24th, 2014. Beyond that, we will answer all of the charges in court, not out." If convicted on all counts, Teresa and Joe Giudice could face up to 50 years in prison.
Is Jake Gyllenhall not afraid to put you in the hot seat? Even though Taylor Swift continues not to name names, she revealed in a new interview that she's "heard from the guy that most of Red is about." That guy, most people know, is Jake Gyllenhaal, who famously romanced Taylor Swift for about two intense months almost exactly three years ago, only to break her heart. Well, Taylor Swift is insisting that the “mystery man” wasn't angry about the breakup songs, saying that, "He was like, 'I just listened to the album, and that was a really bittersweet experience for me. It was like going through a photo album.' That was nice. Nicer than, like, the ranting, crazy e-mails I got from this one dude." Wonder who that one could be. Harry Styles, John Mayer? Either way, T-Swift defends her impulse to wear her heart on her sleeve and share her emotions with the world, saying, "I think that allowing yourself to feel raw, real emotions in public is something I am never going to be afraid to do. Hopefully that's the case, if I can remain a real human." she says. And that’s why she makes the big bucks!
This is sad! A new toxicology report ordered by the family of actress Brittany Murphy says rat poison may have been the cause of her death. Brittany Murphy’s mother found her dead at home in 2009 and the Los Angeles Coroner ruled her death was due to pneumonia and anemia. Strangely, Brittany Murphy’s husband died from the same causes five months later. But an independent report ordered by her father Angelo Bertolotti found that the actress did not die of natural causes. The report even suggests that Brittany Murphy and her husband could have been murdered by a third party. The worst part is that based on the symptoms exhibited by Brittany and her husband before their deaths, he ordered testing for heavy metals and toxins. Heavy metals are found in many rat poisons and insecticides. At the time of her death, Brittany Murphy displayed the symptoms of heavy metal poisoning including: headaches, dizziness, abdominal cramps, coughing, sweating, disorientation, wheezing, congestion and pneumonia. Brittany Murphy and her husband were also ridiculed when they complained of being under surveillance and in fear of their lives. Horrible. Hopefully there will be justice for Brittany Murphy and her husband!

Kanye West may say he's a creative genius, but don't expect him to spell it out for you. Literally. Kanye West took the time during an interview to tackle how people feel when he calls himself a genius, saying, "People get mad at me saying that I am a creative genius, but it's just obvious. It's, like, factual. I would write creative genius when I go through the airport...I would put that on customs [forms], where you put what your title is, except for two reasons: it takes too long to write and sometimes I spell the word genius wrong." This isn’t the first time that Kanye West has called himself a genius, but buddy, now you want to admit that you can’t even spell the world! Come on now!
Jennifer Lawrence is one of the most in-demand, well-liked stars in Hollywood. But her life hasn't always been as easy as it appears to be now. In a new interview Jennifer Lawrence opened up about her childhood struggle with social anxiety, saying, "My nickname was 'Nitro,' as in nitroglycerin… I was hyperactive, curious about everything. When my mother told me about my childhood, she always told me there was like a light in me, a spark that inspired me constantly. When I entered school, the light went out. We never knew what it was, a kind of social anxiety. But I had friends. I went to see a shrink. Nothing worked." That is, until she discovered acting. Jennifer Lawrence found a way to open the door to a universe that she understood, that was good for her and made her happy, because she felt capable, whereas before she felt worthless. Can you imagine Jennifer Lawrence feeling worthless?
