1) Potatoes - People think they are fattening, which is true if you eat too many. But one medium sized baked potato only has 161 calories.

2) Iceburg Lettuce - You may have heard that it has no nutrients. But the truth is, it's just not as good for you as dark lettuce is. So, if you're like me and the only lettuce you can stomach is Iceburg, keep eating it, because any lettuce is good for you.

3) Celery - It's a great diet food because one stalk only has 10 calories. But it also lowers your cancer risk, and lowers blood pressure.

4) Corn - An ear of corn has 15% of the fiber you need in a day, and 25% of your recommended dos of thiamin, which helps convert carbs into energy.
