Because former champion figure skater Dorothy Hamill had already told producers BEFORE the results show was filmed that she would be withdrawing because of an injury and that no one was going to get eliminated. Her most recent single, "22," was played in the background of a scene on an episode so I guess it was only a matter of time right! I’m sure she’ll do great considering she’s used to playing the role of the ex-girlfriend. Too harsh?
On to some big news! Demi Lovato will officially return for The X Factor's third season! FOX made the announcement yesterday. Demi Lovato said, "I am so excited to return as a judge and mentor on The X Factor. Last season was an unbelievable experience and I really enjoyed developing personal relationships with the contestants and the panel. I look forward to taking my previous experience and applying it to make this season even better!" Obviously creator of the show Simon Cowell will also return for the show's third season and he says "I couldn't be happier that Demi wants to come back this year. She's a superstar in her own right and was a fantastic mentor last year. Even though she can be really, really annoying -- I truly enjoyed working with her and so did the artists. I'm especially pleased she's back, even during her world tour!" HAHAHA! Auditions for The X Factor's third season kick off in New Orleans on Apr. 14th.

The veteran newswoman and cohost of The View is 87-years-old and even though we haven’t seen her slow down, she has been plagued by some health issues in recent months, including a bang on the head suffered in a fall and then a case of shingles. Regardless,The View is going to look very different next year. Joy Behar is leaving after her contract expires in August and even though Barbara Walters has denied it, Elisabeth Hasselbeck is supposedly about to get the axe. John Mayer is finally ready to speak out about the horrible two years he had over his vocal cord issues and surgery that almost cost him his career. John Mayer says he thought he would just have to take a pill and it would go away but things got worse and worse. Doctors actually tried to treat it all by injecting massive amounts of Botox into his throat to shut down his vocal cords, leaving them paralyzed for weeks and John Mayer without a voice. He went three to four months without saying anything. Now John Mayer says “It’s hard to believe that I’m healed, but just to make sure, I keep going back every two weeks for a look, and it’s the same – if not better. The greatest gift I now have in my life is the opportunity to play again, which is also the opportunity to dream again.” So happy for him! Wake up call hopefully!

For once, during an interview Chris Brown refused to make excuses and admitted, “It’s all about my responsibility.” He said that at first he didn’t even know if Rihanna would ever forgive him and he just tried his best to be the best man he could be over the years and just show her how remorseful and sorry he was for the incident. Porsha Stewart, the latest Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member was hit with a surprise when her husband, former NFL star Kordell Stewart filed for divorce after less than two years of marriage. The worst part, her tag line on the show was: "People say I have a picture-perfect life, and I do." Porsha had actually held off on filing for a divorce herself and remained committed to the marriage because he promised to work on the marriage with her. She’s headed to Brazil this week to make a few appearances to promote a clothing line and Lindsay Lohan will score a six-figure payday for the deal. That’s the good news for her. Now here’s the bad news. The lockdown rehab that Lindsay Lohan promised to do is right now looking like it’s not true. There appears to be no non-jail rehab facilities that will keep patients in against their will anywhere in the U.S. The problem, Lindsay Lohan's actual sentence is 90 days in jail, but the judge said he'd allow her to complete it with lockdown rehab. Sources say the prosecutors believed such a facility was available when they offered the plea deal. On top of that, Lindsay Lohan continues to drink and the rumor is that prosecutors are reevaluating the plea deal to determine what they want to do. She may still go to jail!
People aren’t too happy with Rihanna! She left two thousand fans waiting for three and a half hours at a promised appearance that she had at a Chicago school. Rihanna was set to take the stage at Barrington High School after they won first place in the national ‘Shine Like A Diamond’ contest. The kids started blogging and tweeting their frustration. The tweets said things like “Looks like I’m not the only impatient person!!,” wrote one pupil. “#everyoneisleaving.” Oh the power of social media. The live video blog showed the children who hadn’t walked out having dance contests to while away the time. Bobby Brown was hauled off to jail to serve his 55 day sentence for his third DUI. Well, surprise surprise. Bobby Brown served only nine hours of his sentence. Chronic overcrowding was the reason for his VERY early release. Bobby Brown was also sentenced to four years probation and was ordered to serve an eighteen month alcoholic program. Wonder if he will even have to do that too.
Big news for John Mayer fans! He is going back on tour! Thanks to the vocal cord surgery that he had to get done, John Mayer was given a whole new perspective on things and says he was forced to type on his iPad to communicate anything and it was liberating. John Mayer said, "I felt I needed to take six months off, just to regain my sanity, really." His greatest gift is to be able to play again and he had a lot of time in his mind to plan his tour. Plus, guess who is going on tour with him? Phillip Phillips! The tour will kick off this summer!
Do I smell a reconciliation? My sources are telling me that Maria Shriver and ex-husband Arnold Schwarzenenger are back together and have reunited their 25 year old flame! They were caught kissing at an event and Arnold had his arms around her for most of the event! Maria Shriver filed for divorce back in July of 2011 after learning of her husband’s secret son and affair with their maid, so if this is true, we have to ask, do you think it’s a smart move?

Sound the alarm! A plan is in the works to bring NBC’s Tonight Show back to New York. Several senior television executives are saying that the network has made a commitment to Jimmy Fallon, the current host of it’s Late Night program, to have him replace Jay Leno as the next host of Tonight. The show would move from California to New York, which is where it started in 1954 when Steve Allen first hosted. No deal has been made yet but it’s all expected to go down by the fall of 2014 at the LATEST.
Say it isn’t so! Ryan Gosling is taking a break from acting! He says that he’s been doing too much and that he’s lost perspective on what he’s doing. So Ryan Gosling thinks that it will be good for him to take a break and reassess why he’s doing it right now and how he’s doing. Must be a hard life to take a break from work. Adele! You naughty little thing you! I’m being told that she and her boyfriend Simon Konecki are planning a top-secret wedding and that this planning has been going on for a WHILE. It will be happening sometime in the summer or fall and likely at her new home. The couple have been together for over a year and already have a five month old son together named Angelo.

It was a very unsafe environment for the Biebs with 500 kids bombarding the hotel. For once, his story is confirmed. A spokesman for the hotel agreed that he left voluntarily, not by force. Somehow out of nowhere, Lil Wayne then tweeted from his account, “I’m good everybody, thanks for the prayers and love” and his PR rep said that he is ok. Yet, TMZ is now catching Birdman, Drake, Nicki Minaj and other close friends visiting the hospital. Something is fishy and it seems that his condition is worse than they are letting on. Hope he is ok!

Lindsay Lohan is really playing with fate! She has her trial today and first she missed her flight to Los Angeles over the weekend and then was scrambling to find another way to get there. Then someone gave her a private jet an hour ago because she just tweeted it, im guessing for the public ad so she is indeed on her way to LA! As for the trial, any chance of a plea deal is out the window and prosecutors will ask the judge in her criminal trial to throw the book at Lindsay Lohan and give her 240 days in jail if she's convicted of lying to cops in her June car accident. If the judge gives Lindsay Lohan the max sentence, she would actually serve between 60 and 90 days and be placed on probation for ANOTHER 2 years, meaning if she violates any law, she could be hauled into court again, and possibly serve MORE jail time. Lindsay’s court hearing is scheduled to begin at 10:30 our time!

The Kim Kardashian divorce drama has now just took a HUGE turn for the worse and there’s been a major development! Kim Kardashian’s divorce case deposition will take place in two weeks and she will be confronted with fake scenes from her TV show. Kris Humphries’ team has already found several faked and scripted scenes and Russell Jay, a producer on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, testified under oath that there are at least two scenes that were “scripted, reshot or edited” to make Kris Humphries look like the villain after Kim decided she wantedâ¨a divorce. The producer for Keeping Up With the Kardashians gave 165 pages of testimony and said that Kim not only knew about Kris’ “surprise” proposal, but she actually even insisted producers reshoot the scene because “she didn’t like how her face looked in the first take! The producer also revealed that a scene where Kim confesses to her mother, Kris Jenner, that she was having trouble in her marriage was actually shot after she filed for divorce in 2011, along with a scene where Kim is furious because Kris is having a party in their hotel room while she was out of town. Turns out Kim was in the hotel and knew everything that was happening! This does not look good for Kim Kardashian and the evidence seems pretty clear that they were trying to ruin Kris Humphries’ reputation!

A local found the letters in the trash. She didn’t know if they were stolen or thrown out so the woman put them in a box. So what happened! Calm down T-Swift fans! Looks like the fan mail is typically sent to a P.O. Box at a Nashville strip mall where a member of Taylor Swift’s team gets the mail regularly. Thankfully, it was simply a clerical error. According to Taylor Swift’s rep, "A small batch of mail that was supposed to be delivered to Taylor was accidentally put with letters headed for the recycling center." Believe it?

Gwyneth Paltrow admits that her strict diet leaves her FAMILY with hunger pangs over the restrictions that she puts on their food! Gwyneth Paltrow has written a new cookbook where she goes into the good that she doesn’t let her children eat. For starters, grains are a no no. She says, “Sometimes when my family is not eating pasta, bread or processed grains like white rice, we’re left with that specific hunger that comes with avoiding carbs.” If that was my mom I’d hate her! The LAPD has already launched an investigation and the FBI is looking into it. SCARY!

Live Nation released the following statement: "Unfortunately, following her sold-out concert on Friday, Rihanna has contracted laryngitis and per doctor's instruction is unable to perform this evening." Rihanna’s performance will be rescheduled for a later date. She is expected to return to the stage in Baltimore March 12th. Talk about a fast recovery!

Justin Bieber has been caught wearing a gas mask multiple times. Well, looks like the reason behind that is that it’s a joke between Justin Bieber and his friends. They wear the mask and pretend to be Justin Bieber to throw people off, especially the paparazzi! It’s not a serious thing, they're just having fun around London with it! Even when the Biebs was caught wearing purple leopard-print pants, a black sweatshirt with blue and yellow rolled-up bills, and a bright yellow cap with silver spikes, turns out it was a dare! The Biebs wore it out because his friend said he would never wear it in public. So Justin Bieber said, “WATCH ME!” I guess that makes things a LITTLE bit better…
It may have taken a couple of weeks, but Justin Timberlake finally responded to Kanye West’s diss when he hosted SNL over the weekend! In case you forgot, Kanye West said that he has love for Jay-Z but he would never mess around or get involved with Justin Timberlake or his music. So, on SNL during his performance of “Suit and Tie” with Jay-Z which only made it better, Justin Timberlake changed the lyrics of his song from "Aww, stuff so sick, got a hit and picked up a habit" to "my hit's so sick got RAPPERS acting dramatic." The Santa Monica City Attorney and the L.A. City Attorney have both softened their position from lockdown rehab to a simple 90-DAY HOUSE ARREST. Right now, Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer and the prosecutors are trying to come to an agreement over how much house arrest she will do. The issue, Lindsay Lohan doesn’t want to do any! I say she takes the house arrest, because if Lindsay Lohan takes a chance and goes to court, she can face months of ACTUAL jail time. TAKE DOOR # 1!
Does Kelly Osbourne have something to worry about? Last week she was the victim of a seizure and now doctors are saying that she could be suffering from something even more serious… epilepsy. TMZ is reporting that the seizure was far more serious than first suspected. Doctors are running tests and she'll be in the hospital for at least a few more days. The seizure could be an isolated incident and if it was, her doctors need to figure out what happened and how they can prevent another episode. Until then, Kelly Osbourne is on anti-seizure medications.
Holly Madison is standing up for herself and her newborn baby! The new mom gave birth to her first child on March 5th and named her Rainbow. People are hating on the name… saying its so odd and that her child is going to be made fun of. So what does Holly have to say about it? “I want my daughter to be proud of who she is and learn to speak up and stand up for herself at a young age. I spent most of my life being a people-pleaser who worried about what other people thought or thought was cool and I don’t want that for her. I have always loved the name Rainbow. There was a girl in my school a few years younger than me named Rainbow and I was so envious of her name because it was so pretty and unusual. She was a perfectly normal, well-adjusted, sporty girl, by the way, so I’m not worried about my daughter being ‘traumatized’ by having an unusual name.” GO HOLLY! To show them how thankful he was for their support, Justin Timberlake not only sent them all pizza…but he made an appearance outside himself! He even personalized the box with some humor writing,” I made this pizza with my bare hands…” and then signed it! LOVE. HIM.
Yesterday I reported that my sources told me about Kim Kardashian having a miscarriage scare and that she was rushed to the hospital. Well, sister Khloe Kardashian took to her Twitter account to let their fans know that she appreciates their "concern and support" over the report. She blogged, "A lot of you have expressed concern in the recent hours about Kim, and I just wanted to let you all know that mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy right now. Thank you so much to all of our wonderful fans and loved ones for your concern and support. We love you!" My sources say that Kim did visit a doctor and things are fine now. The issue is that she’s been working a lot, is dealing with trying to get a divorce, moving, and is hitting the gym too hard. She just needs to rest and that’s exactly what the doctors orders are.

The wine sold for $139 for a six-bottle case! The wine will go on sale to restaurants and wholesalers later this month. Geesh, do we really want wine from them that badly?!

Not only has she finally formally filed her divorce response to Ashton Kutcher’s previous filing, but she also wants spousal support now! Why? Well, the papers reveal a big cheating secret! Demi Moore cites the date of separation as November 17, 2011. And guess what? Ashton Kutcher hooked up with that girl Sara Leal in San Diego on September 24th, 2011 and Sara Leal claimed that he was separated. So Demi Moore is saying pay up Ashton, all of my legal bills too! They don’t have any kids together but the two could be heading for a courtroom battle to figure the finances out. Think about it, there’s a lot at stake. Ashton Kutcher earned $24 million alone last year!
Horrible news for Kelly Osbourne! Yesterday afternoon she was rushed to the hospital because she had a seizure on the set of her television show Fashion Police in Los Angeles! She was transported by ambulance to a local hospital! She apparently told her co-hosts for the day, Joan and Melissa Rivers, "I don't feel good," and then collapsed onto the floor, convulsing. But don’t worry, she’s ok. Kelly Osbourne was conscious shortly after falling. Joan Rivers confirms it saying, "She is fine. We just saw her!" SCARY SCARY!

First he was caught getting into a fight with a bodyguard in Bermud and calling out Drake at a club and now, Chris Brown apparently got into an argument with the valet at a charity event in Hollywood! As he was leaving the 7th Annual Stars & Strikes Celebrity Bowling and Poker Tournament, Chris Brown was caught on CAMERA getting into a heated argument with one of the workers over a $10 payment! In the video, the valet worker asks Chris Brown for 10 bucks, and Chris Brown starts cursing at him and tells the valet to give him his keys and to heck with the ten dollars. Eventually, a member of Chris Brown’s entourage pays, and Chris Brown exits the parking lot. His reps couldn’t be reached for comment. Over 10 bucks?! REALLY?!

Way to go Carly Rae Jepsen! She has backed out as a headliner of a Boy Scouts of America concert this summer, saying the Scouts' ban on gay members conflicts with her personal beliefs. Carly Rae Jepsen was one of two headlining acts scheduled to play at the 2013 National Scouting Jamboree in West Virginia in July. But she tweeted yesterday that she could no longer participate in an event held by a group with an anti-gay agenda. The other headlining act, the band Train, has not backed out but has promised to cancel if the Scouts don’t overturn the ban at a scheduled vote on the matter in May. New baby alert! Holly Madison gave birth to her daughter yesterday! This is her first child with her boyfriend Pasquale Rotella. The baby girl was born at 11:59 a.m. She weighed in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces. Right before going into labor, Holly Madison actually revealed that she plans to follow in January Jones' footsteps and have her placenta made into pills so she can eat them because it’s supposed to help women recover faster. All I can say to that is EW. But congratulations to her and the boyfriend for the new arrival!

She went into the hospital yesterday afternoon! Holly Madison’s official due date is today and let it be known that the delivery may take some time… up to three more days! Also, she said that she will go through experience in private, saying, and quote “You’ll know when the baby is born, but I’m not going to be Tweeting during the delivery,” she shares. I’D HOPE NOT!

The main sources of the boycott : Camille Grammer and Adrienne Maloof! Both of them will NOT be returning to the show and my sources are telling me that the way the show is structured, cast members can say ANYTHING about anyone on the show and get away with it. It doesn’t even have to be accurate! Everything can be a lie! For cast members like Camille and Adrienne who have business ventures, they've had no legal recourse. As opposed to cast member Brandi Glanville who doesn't have anything going for her and the show makes her famous. So she has nothing to lose. OUCH!

Viewership of the two-hour event was down 38% from last year. This is the show's lowest ratings ever for a Celebrity edition! Well, Donald Trump is trying to see the positive tweeting that Celebrity Apprentice won the 10-11 o’clock hour in all key ratings and demos, including most importantly, the 18-49 add group. Followed by, “Additionally, @CelebApprentice ranked as the #1 program in the 9-11 pm time period with adults in the 25-54 age group.” Hmm….

Another television show is canceled! Time to find a new favorite zip code, because 90210 is done and the CW has canceled the show! They will air their final episode EVER in May. CW network president Mark Pedowitz announced in a statement, "I'd like to thank the talented cast, producers, and crew for all their hard work and dedication to the series. We are very proud of the West Beverly High alumni." But don’t worry fans! The producers are saying that there's still plenty of drama left before the series ends and Michael Jackson's son Prince Michael Jackson is set to make his acting debut on the finale, and the recently reunited Fall Out Boy will perform on an April episode!

STOP SELLING GIRL SCOUT COOKIES! At least that’s what the Girl Scouts of the USA are saying to Mama June and Honey Boo Boo! The reality stars had a HUGE Girl Scout cookie campaign on Facebook where they solicited sales for Girl Scout Cookies from over ther 700,000 fans! The problem? Honey Boo Boo isn’t even a Girl Scout, she agreed to help a friend of hers out and a rep fro the GSUSA removed the banner because they feel it is unfair to other Girl Scouts who are trying to sell cookies! But Mama June doesn’t care and despite warnings from the organization, they are going ahead with their campaign! Mama June say its all to help a family friend. "If I can raise more money for a troop, whoever they are, especially in an area where they don’t get a lot of money, and parents can’t afford to buy a ton of cookies, why wouldn't I help?
