It’s jail time for Bobby Brown! He was sentenced to 55 days in jail after pleading no contest yesterday to driving under the influence and to driving on a suspended license and his license is suspended because of a prior conviction for driving under the influence! BUT THERE’S MORE! Bobby Brown was also placed on 48 months of summary probation, ordered to pay a $500 fine plus penalty assessment, complete an 18-month alcohol program and comply with standard DUI conditions for his first charge! WOW! Even though he was sentenced to 55 days, he will only likely serve a tenth of that time. So like, a day… oh boy! HE’LL NEVER LEARN!

They wrote on their Facebook, “While we were traveling the world last year promoting ‘Push And Shove,’ Gwen mentioned she was inspired to write new music. In December, around the time of our hometown shows, we discussed the idea of starting 2013 by getting back into the studio together. We did so in January and the new music started flowing with unexpected ease… We have decided to follow our muse for the time being and focus on this new music that we don’t want to stop. So, we will be postponing our tour plans briefly while we endeavor to create something special and inspired.” So, some bittersweet news!

Is Lindsay Lohan actually admitting that she needs help? On Friday, Lindsay Lohan’s attorney filed a motion requesting that Lindsay Lohan's ongoing probation-violation case be put on the "slow track" in order for her to pursue "certain activities which will benefit her" and help her be responsible. Now, in a letter included in that are details of Lindsay Lohan’s plan of action to pull her life together. The first steps: psychotherapy sessions, public-service efforts and a proposal to establish a foundation benefiting young people. Wow there. According to Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, she is fully commited and dedicated to fixing all her problems.
A hearing is set for Friday and the judge will rule on Lindsay Lohan’s request via her lawyer.
Nick Lachey is working on a new album! BUT, it’s not the type of album that you’re thinking of! If you didn’t know he’s a new daddy, and the one thing he knows how to do is SING to his son. So, Nick is applying his expertise in singing and parenting, putting them together and making an album of lullabies! He’s calling it A Father’s Lullaby and hope other parents would be interested in something like this for their kids!
He says that creating this album allowed him to further connect with his son Camden while also sharing the experience with families at the same time who are on a similar journey of welcoming a new life into their world. The album will have classic songs like You Are My Sunshine and When You Wish Upon A Star, along with a few originals! The album will come out online March 13th and in stores in April! How cute!

The man was arrested last week after breaking into Rihanna’s home when neighbors spotted him and called the police. The man told cops he was invited in and allegedly slept in the bed he thought was Rihanna's and stole property. CREEPY! Rihanna, CLEARLY and RIGHTFULLY fearing for her safety, said just that in legal documents and the judge issued a temporary restraining order. TEMPORARY? HOW ABOUT PERMANENT! The man can’t come within 100 yards of Rihanna. How about you just release Chris Brown on him. No, too soon? The even scarier part, according to Rihanna's lawyer, the man has been released from custody and is nowhere to be found.

The announcement will be made this morning but my sources have learned of even MORE names that will be competing this year. Expect to hear Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump, Andy Dick, boxer Victor Ortiz, Baltimore Ravens’ Jacoby Jones and comedian D.L. Hughley to be on the list! As for Sean Lowe, he’s still on the list but may not be announced this morning because producers are still trying to solve contractual issues before making the announcement.

Bad news for MC Hammer! He was arrested in California over the weekend for obstructing and resisting a police office! But, he claimed on Twitter that he was a victim of racial profiling. According to MC Hammer, an officer that looked like Elvis tapped on his car window. MC Hammer rolled down his window and the man asked MC Hammer if he was on parole or probation. MC Hammer then tweeted "While I was handing him my ID he reached in my car and tried to pull me out the car but forgot he was on a steady donut diet," he continued. Uh oh.. The police department have yet to comment.
No good news for vampires today. The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 2 swept the Razzies, which basically honors the worst cinematic achievements of the year. Twilight got a whopping seven awards. It was named Worst Film, Worst Ensemble Cast, Worst Director (Bill Condon), Worst Actress (Kristen Stewart), Worst Supporting Actor (Taylor Lautner) and Worst Onscreen Couple (Taylor Lautner and young Mackenzie Foy, whose character is Renesmee). As for Kristen Stewart, they said acting should involve having an expression on your face, and she is blank. OUCH!

Sometimes great things come to an end, and unfortunately that’s the case this morning. After eight years of marriage, Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are splitting up. Their reps confirm the news and my sources are telling me that the couple has been separated for many months and it was a hard decision for them to make. It would make sense that Josh Brolin’s actions may have gotten in the way. You might remember that he was recently arrested and held for public intoxication just before midnight on New Year's Eve 2013, but he was released without charge. The next day, he was out and about not wearing his wedding ring.
Shia LaBeouf has been caught plagerizing! A day after Shia LaBeouf dropped out of the Broadway play “Orphans” due to “creative differences,” reasons as to why he dropped out are starting to surface. Shia LaBeouf gave reason to believe that there was more to the story thanks to tweeting messages that implied there was some kind of drama involved. The tweets cited a series of emails between him, the play's director, Daniel Sullivan, and his costars Alec Baldwin and Tom Sturridge. The biggest reveal, that Shia LaBeouf and Alec Baldwin didn’t get along. In one of the emails titled "apology," Shia LaBeouf wrote "A man can tell you he was wrong. hat he did wrong. That he planned to. He can tell you when he is lost. He can apologize, even if sometimes it's just to put an end to the bickering." Too bad those words aren’t his. The big problem… not only does the phone not have a lock on it, but it contains all of Ed Sheeran’s album! Thank goodness for him though, the phone was found in the car that he drove to the awards show in. After almost five years of having every moment caught on camera, Kim Kardashian confirms that she will be done with Keeping Up With The Kardashians after season nine is over. You may not want to lend Lindsay Lohan clothes… like ever! That’s because she wore a beautiful dress to a gala in NYC earlier this month and then ripped it to SHREDS at a club party after the event! My sources are telling me that the dressed ripped at the club and since she couldn’t wear it like that, her stylist asked the club for scissors and it’s safe to say that they destroyed it! The best part, the dress was $1,750 and was LENT to Lindsay Lohan thanks to Charlie Sheen who had to beg the stylist to get it for her to wear. Sad sad.

The audio tape of the incident has been released and it proves his innocence! Turns out that there’s no mention of any racial slurs at ALL on the tape! The identity of this mystery man has finally been revealed. His name is David, he works for a law firm but he isn’t a lawyer! From there, Alec Baldwin reportedly grabbed the reporter's arm and angrily said, "I want to choke you to death," followed by calling the reporter a racial slur. Alec Baldwin says that this is absolutely not true and the accusations are outrageous! My sources are telling me that all Alec Baldwin said was, "I want to choke you to death." It started when a man in the club filed a suit against Chris Brown and Drake from getting injuries in a club since they were throwing bottles. Now, Drake and Chris Brown have filed legal documents themselves, and of course the documents all point fingers at each other. Drake and Chris Brown BOTH claim that they were not responsible for the fight and want the other to pay any damages in the event that this man wins his suit. Kris Humphries still has an out-of-state lawyer but now his out of state lawyer needs another California lawyer to sponsor him in the divorce case which has already been going on for almost a year-and-a-half. Last year he filed a $50 million lawsuit against Bauer Media's Life & Style magazine for publishing a story that basically said he ABANDONED his daughter Suri. Now, Bauer Media has a list of demands that they want, and it’s pretty intense. First, they want to know how often Tom Cruise was in contact with Suri once he and Katie Holmes were divorced along with his visitation schedule that was made during the divorce agreement. They also want to know how the role of Tom Cruise’s membership in the Church of Scientology influenced his decisions regarding how often he visited and spoke to Suri, her mental and emotional state after the divorce and lastly, Tom Cruise’s litigation history. So what does Tom Cruise want? The identity of the magazine's sources and communications with those sources. Bauer's policies and practices with respect to obtaining information, paying for sources, verifying the credibility of sources, their history of bigotry and hatred toward minority religious groups and their members, just to name a few! This is going to get UGLY if this all goes to trial!
Congratulations to Steve Martin! The 67 year old actor is confirming that he is indeed a father! Steve Martin and his wife Annie Stringfield had their first child together. Steve Martin was dropping hints about the new bundle of joy on Twitter, tweeting, "My recent dada Tweet was admired by the artistic community," and another tweet, "Coo coo, cutsy wootsy, footsy pie." So congratulations to the two of them!
Another marriage under fire, this time it’s about…. Yup you probably guessed it, Kris and Bruce Jenner again! But this time there are new reports! My sources are telling me that Kris Jenner cheated on her husband with Todd Waterman, who is actually the same man that she was accused of cheating on her late husband, Robert Kardashian with! Todd Waterman was actually on Keeping Up With The Kardashians last year and my sources are telling me that he let it slip on purpose of course that he slept with Kris after she was already living with Bruce! The catch? Todd got a 15 to 20 thousand dollar payment for appearing on the show and because of that, part of the deal is that he is no longer allowed to comment about his relationship with Kris.

Now, Lady Gaga has officially canceled the remaining dates of her world tour, Born This Way Ball. Lady Gaga’s rep released the following statement, "After additional tests this morning to review the severity of the issue, it has been determined that Lady Gaga has a labral tear of the right hip. She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover. This unfortunately, will force her to cancel the tour, so she can heal." Refunds for the cancelled performances will be available at point of purchase starting on Thursday. Get well soon!
Adele is shooting down rumors that she and Chris Brown fought at the Grammy Awards. There was a picture taken of the two of them looking like they were getting into a HEATED argument. The rumors were that it was over Chris Brown not standing for Frank Ocean when he won a Grammy. So Adele is saying, RUBBISH! “Chris Brown and I were complimenting each other in that photo actually,” she said on Twitter. This kind of makes me sad to be honest, I would have loved to hear that Adele was actually scolding him!
Miracles do happen! This time, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West getting kicked off a plane! As of now, a rep for American Airlines has confirmed that the company is taking responsibility for the incident and explained that there was a lapse in judgment by one of their employees. So here’s what went down. Kim and Kanye took a flight from Brazil to JFK and the plan was to catch a connecting flight to Los Angeles. When they landed in NY, they met up with an airline greeter who let them BYPASS a KEY security checkpoint to get them to their next flight quickly. When Kim and Kanye got on the plane they were kicked off and the flight was delayed for an HOUR while they were screened by TSA agents! The airline employee escorted Kim and Kanye through a non-public area, probably to avoid paparazzi! Still funny though!

I think we all saw this one coming. Are Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z hitting the road together with a 10 piece band and going on tour? It seems almost inevitable after performing together TWICE in the past couple of weeks and now my sources are telling me that Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z will visit at least 10 cities during a stadium tour together.

The palace is in an uproar after the same Italian magazine that printed those controversial topless pictures of Kate Middleton have published pictures of Prince William’s pregnant wife in a bikini while the couple are currently vacationing in Mustique. The palace released the following statement: "We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas. This is a clear breach of the couple's right to privacy." It’s only been five months since the first photos of Kate Middleton topless were released. There’s no news on whether or not the palace with press charges yet.

After the first show sold out in just TEN seconds, Beyonce added another date to her Brooklyn stop at the Barclays Center on August 4th and those tickets go on sale on Friday. So my sources are telling me that Beyonce may be adding MORE shows to her tour to help people out! Lady Gaga letting us all in on a big secret that she’s been keeping from her little monsters and even her staff! Looks like she is postponing concerts because of an injury. It’s a show injury that she has been hiding for quite some time and has been causing Lady Gaga a lot of chronic pain. Over the past month the injury has only worsened and even though she was praying that it would heal and hiding it from her staff, Lady Gaga reported that after last night’s performance that she did she couldn’t even walk and still can’t do so! She doesn’t want to disappoint her fans anymore so that’s why she has come clean. Gaga has a case of synovitis, which is a severe inflammation of the joints. She’s already been forced to postpone four concerts. She says, and quote, "I'm devastated & sad. It will hopefully heal as soon as possible. I hate this. I hate this so much. I love you and I'm sorry."
The ratings are in! So how did the 2013 Grammy Awards do? Well, even though the numbers are huge, they are still down BIG from last year’s record high audience. On Sunday, 28.37 million viewers tuned in to watch the award show. Well, last year, 39.9 million viewers tuned in to watch! No one is freaking out though because they are contributing those high numbers last year to the death of Whitney Houston. So I guess the big question is, DID YOU WATCH the Grammys this year or will you next year?

Chris Brown got into a car accident! The accident happened Saturday when he lost control of his car driving to an L.A. charity event! My sources are telling me that Chris Brown was cut off by photographers who then jumped out with cameras and started to head towards his car. Chris Brown’s rep stated that "In an effort to remove himself from the situation, he began to back down an alley, at which point he was cut off by two additional vehicles" and his car was totaled because of the "aggressive pursuit by paparazzi." Chris Brown is OKAY and was asked about it on the red carpet at the Grammys

My sources are telling me that Lindsay Lohan has been forced to move back home to Long Island, New York and live with her mom Dina because she is so broke right now that she can’t afford to rent her own place! It’s so bad that Lindsay is apparently sleeping in the same bedroom that she grew up in right next to her mom’s room that she had since she was a teenager. You know what, she’s 26, made a lot of mistakes… I say stay home and save money!

Yesterday he actually debuted his fragrance at a private party. So why are HIS fragrances different from everyone elses? The email reads: "Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered. Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic. Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples. Please avoid commercial identification of actual brand name products on T-shirts. Yesterday I reported that Chris Brown was being accused of lying about his community service hours. Well, surprise! Chris Brown DID make it to court yesterday, and his lawyer had something to say about that… that it is totally FALSE! The other shocker, Chris Brown showed up to court with Rihanna who sat quietly in the back with his mom! In the end, the judge said he needed more time to review all of the evidence presented by the D.A. The next hearing has been scheduled for April 5th and Rihanna and Chris Brown walked out of the courtroom together. It looked like Rihanna was trying to smile and cheer him up.
I think we all know that Kelly Clarkson is ready to walk down the aisle, but don’t expect it to be in any way shape or form like a glitzy Hollywood wedding! She’s releasing even more details now, including how she was proposed to! For starters, now the wedding will be “earthy”, outdoors and filled with yellow roses from Texas. The Kardashian drama continues! Soon to be ex-husband of Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries continues to drag things out and this time, may even be crossing the line. He just filed legal documents and told the judge that the case STILL can’t go to trial yet because key witnesses in the case haven’t gotten documents they need. Kris Humphries’ team is asking for records from Ryan Seacrest Productions, E! Entertainment Productions, and Bunim-Murray Productions but none have been turned over. Specifically, they want RAW footage of episodes of the Kardashian reality shows. He is determined to prove that the marriage was fake! The worst part, the legal documents that Kris Humphries just filed says he doesn't understand the urgency for a quick divorce, and he shouldn't have to jump just because Kim Kardashian got “accidentally” pregnant! Is she planning the pregnancy on purpose?!
Babymoon! Looks like Kate Middleton and Prince William are vacationing in Mustique, which is a small private island. They left Monday and apparently Kate’s parents are there too but are staying in a separate home. There are no pictures yet and the palace is declining to comment on where they are, but my sources are telling me that Kate and William are staying in villa that costs around $30,000 a week.

Chris Brown is in trouble! The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has filed documents alleging that Chris Brown may have lied about completing his community service hours as part of his probation for assaulting Rihanna. The District Attorney released a statement saying that “Chris Brown failed to provide ‘credible or verifiable evidence’” that he completed his court ordered community labor. She has asked the court to order Chris Brown to fulfill his obligation. Looks like no one from the department ever approved, scheduled, supervised, monitored or verified any of the 180 days of community service that he was supposed to do. The investigation even proved that when Chris Brown was supposed to be picking up trash he was actually on a private jet flying to Cancun! He goes to court on February 16th, so he has a lot of explaining to do!

New music alert! Fall Out Boy is back! They announced that they are back together and hitting the road this spring to promote their SIXTH album called Save Rock And Roll! It will be released in May and it will be the first studio album for the band in 5 years! They have already released the album's debut single, "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)" and the track is available for download on iTunes. I gotta tell you, it’s REALLY good!

Yes, sales overall were down 20 percent BUT, Warm Bodies, that new zombie-love comedy had a HUGE opening making $20 million dollars. Hansel & Gretel came in at number two, making only $9.2 million dollars and third place went to Silver Linings Playbook, grabbing only $8.1 million dollars!

Frank Ocean has decided to not press any charges against Chris Brown for allegedly punching him in the face during a fight they had outside a West Hollywood recording studio. Frank Ocean posted on his Tumblr page. “I’m an artist and a modern person. I’ll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness... Peace… is what I want in my short life. Peace.” Look at him being the better man!

He even got a standing ovation! Of course Justin was wearing a classic tuxedo, he had a 13-piece band, and performed his old hits like “Cry Me A River” and “Like I Love You.” Of course he performed his latest hit “Suit & Tie” and the crowd freaked out when Jay-Z came out. After 7 seasons, “30 ROCK” came to an end last night. If you haven’t watched yet, SPOILER ALERT! Liz became a full time stay at home mom with two adopted kids, Jack was named the CEO of Kabletown and Kenneth the Page finally became the head of NBC! It all ended with Jenna looking at pictures of the “30 Rock” cast over the years. Great way to end!
Here’s something to sing about! The Boy Meets World sequel gets closer to getting started every day and we have a lot to be excited about. Executive producer Michael Jacobs, who actually worked on the original show said this show will be nothing like any show on television right now and since Boy Meets World went off the air, nothing has come close to that. KINDA AGREE! Plus, the door is officially open for the rest of the cast to return in addition to Ben Savage (Cory) and Danielle Fishel (Topanga). But he hinted that they are talking to other previous cast members and said: “Whoever wants to be part of this show will be and whoever wants to move on will. The most important thing is to see what the show is and then see what their part in it will be.” DEAR MR. FEENEY, PLEASE COME BACK!
