This past Saturday Alfonso Ribeiro aka Carlton from "Fresh Prince Of Bel Air" attempted to set a record for the most people in North America to do a Flash Mob at once. It's a pretty cool video that starts out with Alfonso solo walking out at Univeral Studios City Walk in Hollywood then hundreds of people joined in on the dance.

In other news today. Over 3 million new iPads have been sold already. Three million since last Friday when the New iPad was released. Apple did it again!
I have the iPad 2, but I am going to hold out for the new one next year. It seems like I just got mine yesterday.
I was reading online today that Jennifer Anniston apparently spends $8,000 a month on beauty treatments. It's hard to believe that she really spends $8,000 a month but then again, she can afford it.
Her alleged beauty needs includes chemical peels, $500 facials and a neck cream made
with crystals from Mars. Yes, the actual Planet Mars.
She also spends $680 a week on a dietician and $900 for yoga sessions.
What's the most you would pay on a beauty treament? Comment below and let me know.

We always hear how we shouldn't skip breakfast because it's the most important meal of the day. We'll, it's true, but below are five things that we shouldn't eat for breakfast on a regular basis.
#1.) Sugary Cereal. You probably know it's not the BEST thing to eat, but AskMen.com says
it's one of the worst. Sugar is usually the second ingredient, even in cereal made for grown-ups.
--So if you MUST have cereal, choose one that's low in sugar and high in fiber.
#2.) A Full Breakfast. That means bacon, fried eggs, sausage, hash browns and juice. If
you're training for a marathon, that's one thing.
--But if you work at a desk and don't really move around much, then a full breakfast has way
more calories than you'll be able to burn off.
#3.) Muffins. They're easy to eat when you're in a rush. But they're mostly sugar, which
means the energy they give you is gone almost immediately. Even most low-fat bran muffins
are still loaded with sugar.
#4.) Pancakes. This one's obvious, but even buckwheat pancakes are pretty bad for you.
Then once you add things like powdered sugar and syrup, it's a crazy amount of calories.
#5.) Bagels and Cream Cheese. Most bagels have too much sugar, and they digest fast,
which makes your insulin level spike. Then with the saturated fat and calories from the cream
cheese, it's basically like eating two doughnuts.
