All of it unhealthy garbage to begin with
Especially the grain-based (wheat, corn, rice) foods and products mentioned. They do more than just make you hungrier; they shoot your blood-sugar levels through the roof giving you obesity, diabetes, and hypertension, for starters. Cut all of this outand you will see your energy and health go sky-high.
